Arrival and Departure
You can check in your booked apartments latest by 4.00 p.m. Please check out not later than 9.00 a.m. If you arrive during the cleaning period there is a storage place for your package. There is also a shower possibility for arrival and departure days. For arrivals later than 6.00 p.m. please contact us.
The apartment is booked for the number of persons specified by you, additional persons are only possible with telephone or written agreement before arrival and will be charged extra.
For fixed bookings we expect politely a deposit within 7 days (amount veriabel, according to our reservation confirmation).
After receiving your deposit we guarantee a fixed apartment reservation. Your dates will be used for your reservation (DSVG).
Please pay the remaining amount in cash not later than the day before your departure or latest during your stay with bank transfer. Unfortunately, we don't accept debit-or creditcards.
Cancellation is only possible in writing by the holiday maker and host.
Please let us know in good time, if you need to cancel your holiday for any other reason to avoid annoying cancellation fees for a re-lease
- until 3 months (12 weeks) before arrival: without charge except of a service fee per booked apartment
- 3 months until 21 days before arrival: we charge 3 days of the apartment price
- for cancellations within three until one week before arrival: 90% of the booked apartment price
- in case of later cancellation, no-show, late arrival and early departure 100% of the booked apartment price will be charged
- we reserve the right to withhold the processing fee for reimbursements of any kind per booked apartment

We recommend taking out a travel insurance to get your costs for illness, early departures due to accidents or severe weather reimbursed. Covid-19 and any other diseases are insured.
